Evans Team Helps the Hurricane Sandy Recovery
After the devastating damage left by Hurricane Sandy in late October 2012, Evans Enterprises sent 10 of their employees to the East Coast to help with the recovery. The storm left dozens dead, thousands homeless and millions without power. Total damage is expected to be in the billions of dollars. Evans Enterprises worked alongside Longo Electric to help repair industrial equipment damaged by Hurricane Sandy.

Evans tabbed for inaugural award
The RedFork Main street Economic Restructuring Committee works to gain a stronger understanding of the economic environment in the RedFork Main Street (Southwest Boulevard) corridor and to build relationships with existing businesses, potential new businesses and the City of Tulsa.
New in October, the committee began recognizing businesses in the area. Recognition focuses on locally-owned businesses that are growing and that have made a commitment to creating a positive business environment in Southwest Tulsa as well as a visually attractive business.
